PTR India offers a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course.
Email us at admin@ptrindia.com with your order number and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for courses that have been fully completed, courses purchased with coupons providing 100% discount, or subscriptions/bundle offers.
